The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of art. 6 GDPR and for marketing purposes. The Personal Data Administrator relies on a legitimate interest, which is the analysis of online store visits, order handling, automatic adjustment of advertising preferences and presentation of the company’s offer.

In the interest of data security, internal procedures and recommendations have been developed to prevent data disclosure to unauthorized persons. The daily control of compliance with the relevant legal acts is carried out – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the provision of electronic services, as well as all types of executive acts and Community legislation.

I consent to the processing of my personal data by Sygnis S.A. with the identification number NIP: 957-102-96-51 for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR). The data will be processed for a period of 3 years. Expressing consent is voluntary. I have the option to access my data for the purpose of rectifying and deleting it and requesting restriction of its processing due to my special situation and withdrawal of the consent granted at any time, however, the withdrawal of the previously expressed consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal, as well as lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
