I consent to the processing of my personal data by Sygnis S.A. with the identification number NIP: 957-102-96-51 for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR). The data will be processed for a period of 3 years. Expressing consent is voluntary.
